PPV (pay per view) plugin installed but producing an error when loading.

Problem

After installing the PPV plugin, clicking on the new navigation item produces and error "This short url is no longer active":

Fix

This is normally when the permissions are not set correctly on the plugin. Try setting permissions from the /plugins/ folder recursively to CHMOD 755. You can do this using an FTP client such as FileZilla.
