404 Issues Using LiteSpeed & CloudFlare

When using LiteSpeed, image previews return a 404 response instead of routing via the index.php file
Fix
This appears to be due to certain rules within CloudFlare. Ensure CloudFlare is disabled to see if this resolves the issue.
